Quality policy

We are aware that meeting the quality requirements set by our customers, and thus their satisfaction, is the basis for the development of our company.

ORW-ELS maintains and improves its Quality Management System according to requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001 standard. The correct functioning of this system has been confirmed by the accredited certification body of the Polish Register of Shipping SA. by awarding us with the ISO 9001 Certificate in 2001.

The Quality Management System is under constant control of both ongoing internal audits as well as annual external audits and constitutes the day-to-day practice of the Company's operations.

The overriding objective of ORW-ELS Sp. z o.o. is to provide the market with products and the provision of services of high quality that meet the requirements of standards and customer needs.

We achieve this goal by:

• simple and understandable rules of cooperation prevailing within the company and in dealing with customers,
• maintaining the Integrated Quality Management System according to PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015, Factory Production Control and Qualifoudre INERS guidelines,
• continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Integrated Quality Management System,
• taking actions to meet the customer's requirements and the development of the company,
• building lasting, long-term and partner relationships with customers,
• constant learning and understanding of the current needs and expectations of the customer,
• training and improvement of employees’ qualifications.

We want our trademark to associate us and our customers with confidence and professionalism in the planning and implementation of products and services, and professional service at every stage of our business.

We accomplish our goals through:

• ability to adapt the scope of production and technology to the technical needs and financial capabilities of the customer,
• tracking new construction and technological solutions and applying them in accordance with the customer's needs,
• monitoring processes that guarantee the quality of services by ensuring the quality of individual elements of processes,
• cooperation with suppliers and joint efforts to meet all the requirements of our customers, in the mutual interest,
• providing customers with a website available at any time and applying the principle of immediate response to the needs of customers.

The Management Board of ORW-ELS Sp. z o.o. ensures that the quality policy is understandable and maintained at all levels of the organization, and adequate resources are provided for its implementation, so that all employees can fully engage in achieving quality goals and improving the system.
